Refunds

 

We hope you will be delighted with Erbology products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange any goods within 14 working days from receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Products that do not satisfy these conditions will be returned to the customers at their own cost. 

Shipping 

Please provide us your order number and details of the items you wish to return at hello@erbology.co.uk. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Miles Fulfilment Ltd, Unit 9 Bakers Yard, Pardown, Oakley, Basingstoke, RG23 7DY, United Kingdom. 

We recommend that you use recorded delivery and retain your receipt as proof of sending. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, unless you cancel your order before it has been dispatched. 

Exchanges 

If we have delivered the wrong or faulty product we will replace it or refund the price paid for the item and reasonable costs for the return shipment. Please note that we cannot refund for priority or premium postal services or for insurance. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@erbology.co.uk and send your item to: Miles Fulfilment Ltd, Unit 9 Bakers Yard, Pardown, Oakley, Basingstoke, RG23 7DY, United Kingdom. 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Refunds We will process your return as quickly as possible and will exchange or refund the full value of your order, including delivery costs, by the original payment method, within 30 days of receiving your notice of order cancellation.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
